What to expect
Your first visit, step by step.
A warm greeting at the door
When you arrive, you'll be greeted warmly and asked to fill out a short bit of paperwork about your pet. Once checked in, we'll usher you into an exam room as soon as one is available.
Time with a veterinary technician
You'll normally see a technician first — they'll take a history and gather the data our doctor needs. Expect thoughtful questions and gentle handling.
Meet your veterinarian
A doctor will see you next, examine your pet, answer questions, and plan further diagnostics or treatment as needed. The tech returns to wrap things up.
Wrap up with a client care specialist
Our client care team handles billing, schedules any needed follow-ups, and answers routine wellness and care questions before you head home.
